I stumbled upon these two beauties while checking out Nordstrom's half yearly sale. I've loved this style of boot ever since I first saw it on Jessica Quirk of What I Wore (seen here, here, here, here and many other times). She's been wearing a her pair for the past few years, and I love their unique style and vintage feel.
It's amazing how similar these two pairs are, yet one pair costs more than 3x the other! Can you guess which pair is the mega splurge, and which one in an affordable luxury?

What does the fox say, you ask? He says to stay stylish! Here are some of my favorite fox-themed items for wardrobe and home. The animal trend is here to stay, so you might as well have a little fun with it. Go beyond the traditional animal print and celebrate with these whimsical pieces that are sure to make you smile. Enjoy!
I've always felt that red heels have a place in every girl's closet (or in my case, shoe wall), but it wasn't until recently that I realized I could use a pair for things other than parties and events. While the traditional red heels (also know as FMRs) are more sexy than practical, a pair in burgundy with a less intense heel actually works very well at the office.Read More ➛
Just received a fun email from Nordstrom including a link to their Petite Fall Playbook, a look book geared specifically toward women 5'4" and under! I absolutely love the looks they came up with, many of them including pieces I didn't think I could pull off as a petite.Read More ➛
Maxxinistas rejoice! T.J. Maxx has FINALLY rolled out their e-commerce site. Though it doesn't seem like the brand has talked about it much (you'd think it'd be all over their social media), the site is definitely up!
I first discovered it yesterday via a tip from BeautyXpose on Facebook and could barely contain my excitement. Because the inventory at T.J. Maxx really varies by store, this will be a huge plus for many shoppers whose stores don't sell as many high-end, designer brands. If I've learned anything from living in New England, home of the TJX headquarters, it's that the merchandise can be completely different in stores just a few miles from each other.
T. J. Maxx's online store is currently offering items from their women's, shoe and handbag collections- sorry stylish gentlemen! Brands that jumped out at me were DVF, Marchessa, Cole Haan and Badgley Mischka, just to name a few.
Here are some of my favorite picks, available online. Hint: Hover over images for more details and price info, and click through to see on the T.J. Maxx website.
Now, raise your hand if you're excited? You know I am ;)
I'd heard of Diamond Candles before (you can check them out on Facebook), but had yet to experience one myself until the company reached out. The story behind the candles? They come in lots of fun colors and scents, but what makes them special is that each candle has a ring buried within it. Ring value can be anything from $10 to $5000!Read More ➛
A part of me has always wanted to wear glasses. I love how you can wear them with a messy bun and sweat pants and still somehow look put together. It's a little bit girl next door, a little bit smart girl, and now more than ever, a little bit chic. Because I don't need to wear glasses, I've never really worried about frame shapes or what type would work for me.Read More ➛
